The property is located in the center of Gokarna, easily accessible to all nearby beaches and market. The entire campus is very well maintained with spacious and clean rooms. We found the food in the restaurant (Veg only) to be great. Even though there was à la carte breakfast (as there were very limited guests due to monsoon), they offered a lot of variety. Special mention to all the staffs who were exceptionally helpful and proactive. Overall a highly recommended place in Gokarna!
Hotel is centrally located try to avoid room no.1008 to 1110, since is above kitchen, you will feel like your are put in hot chamber if you switch off airconditioner for 10 minutes also. Avoid taking meal plan since they don’t provide buffet and ask you to order from menu and if you order more than one item they will charge. If buffet is placed we have multiple options this issue of getting extra charged can be avoided. Ensure buffet is placed if you opt for meal plan.
Not worth for money we paid.
It was a very comfortable stay. The ambience was great. The lighting in the room was very adequate. The dining and reception area is very spacious and pleasant. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. We highly recommend stay here.
Stay was pleasant and room service prompt… However the balcony door was making sound when the wind arrives, tissues in the room wl be appreciated. Why checkout time is not flexible?? You are interested in the short term gains only it seems, so lost more than one customer as flood delayed our train and you are not being humane in giving relief… Restaurant food was very nice, surprisingly they serve so fast, love to eat there again.
I travel with my family to different places every month but I have never come across such money minded people, who charge for even kid’s milk if you take it from the buffet. They were so rude and insulting. The people they have employed have no ethics and service is pathetic. Free breakfast is pathetic, cold and full of oil. Rooms are good but customer service is the worst that I have witnessed so far.
