The hotel is good, and the family suite where we stayed was excellent. However, the breakfast was disappointing; they need to improve the menu, and all the items were served cold instead of hot.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very supportive, helpful, and well-mannered. The bathrooms were spacious and clean.
Rooms are like a Rupees 1000 lodge but clean but I definitely wouldn’t rate thiz 4 star. The worst are their receptionists who are either untrained or really not fit for this job. We were inside our rooms when another guest entered our room with a duplicate card and we got to know this guest was allotted the same room with a duplicate card to our room. For our surprise a couple of other guests also faced this issue after which the receptionists were given a proper hearing. Such a shame that someone else’s room can be allotted to another guest with a duplicate card and that too when there are guests in it already. We had to repeatedly tell the reception to turn on the heater as it was too cold. The food is average but people st both restaurant and housekeeping were excellent in service and well mannered which of no use if service is bad and room are not worth the money paid. The guy at the reception hung up on me when I was questioning him on their blunders after which I went there and spoke to them the way they deserved. Such a shame.
My sincere suggestions:
A) kick out the unfit and unprofessional receptionists if you do not want your guests to be frustrated.
B) Please improve on your food taste. It really needs improvement.
Your restaurant and house keeping staff are excellent but just being good cannot make your guests happy. How long can you have such receptionists and frustrate yoir guests? Also, I’m not the only guest who had issues there were multiple guests who were frustrated. I called the reception 1 hour and 30 minutes before check out and they hadn’t even got my bill from the restaurant. The guy in the reception just told me an amount to be paid. It’s after I asked him the bills that they realized they has missed out on the restaurant bills and then gave the proper calculation. Do you really think they deserve to be working there?
Guests come there to enjoy. Don’t frustrate them.

We stayed at their attic club room (No: 501). The room was awesome and has a nice view of the valley since it’s on the top floor. It is also near the open terrace which gives us the stunning view of the other side too! The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. It was a worthy stay for the price!
We had a very comfortable stay. The young and hospitable staff make for a pleasant stay. A little work in the In-room dining service would help.
We stayed here last week and i must say the housekeeping team does a superb job in maintaining the room clean bed is made up squeeky clean special thanks pallavi and reception team is very supportive i would like to thanks krish for giving us exceptional service 🙏❤️
