I recently stayed at the Greenwood Hotel in Guwahati and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. The rooms are good, clean, and well-equipped, providing a cozy atmosphere for stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of delicious options to start the day.
However, the checkout process was less than ideal. It was not as smooth as I would have hoped, and the delay caused a bit of inconvenience. While the rest of the stay was enjoyable, the hassle during checkout slightly dampened the overall experience. Improving this aspect would certainly elevate the guest experience.
They are sham people running this hotel and charging you fine for any silly thing you do in your room. I’ll suggest you to choose any other hotel but not this. The pool was very dirty and very small. If I can give negative rating for any hotel then I’ll go for this hotel.
Please don’t waste your valuable time and money on this hotel.
The location of the hotel is at a convenient place. The rooms are spacious, ambience and hospitality are excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious. The swimming pool was perfect for children. The Manager was highly attentive. Highly recommended.
