Clean, nice place with all basic amenities. Good property to stay near Mall Road/Church/Ridge on a budget. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Lesser stars because-
1. It feels like a regular hotel with shared accommodation; no hostel vibes or culture. Common area is like a basic lounge. Restaurant is small and expensive.
2. There’s a climb to reach the property with no impeccable views or such, so going to your room each time is demotivating if you’re not in your best shape.
Well this hostel is really at good location if you know how to arrive 😬 else it would be really tough to reach.
Front desk manager subhojit and cafe manager Rana both are really helpful and guides pretty well to roam this beautiful city.
Dorms are good but seems to be not maintained properly and not that much airy whereas cleanliness is on top notch.
Food is very nice and homely and Cafe manager is always adaptive to the change you would ask for.
Overall the hostel is really good and Mall Road, church all are so nearby. I was happy to stay there!

The best hostel to stay in Shimla. The hostel is located right behind the ridge and is 5mins from the city square, Mall Road and Christ Church.
Superb ambience, friendly staff, 5star house keeping. It’s an upclass hostel were you meet travellers for all walks of life.
The cafe is great and provides fresh food. Common area for meet and greet. Meet Aneesh who will help you out in every way. Taxi pickup and drop is also available.
Top stay for solo, group and family travellers.
Nicely perched just above the Mall.. nice cafe and helpful staff! My bed was comfy and the shower hot. Happy chappy
