Very very bad service, annoying owner who least respected us. We were getting uncleaned water in the bathroom. When we complained no one was bothered and not even responding our calls. We called 20-25 times. And then Atlast we left the place within a 30 mins. Our money for 2 days booking went wasted. We also warned them to return our money or else we will file a tourist complain. Even Listening to this the owner was least bothered.
All the people who had given positive feedback are their own people.
Never visit this place. These people does know the meaning of service.
Rooms are clean and good to stay but the service is very bad. Power cut was happening at night and there is no generator or inverter so it’s very difficult at night and when we complain about it they were very casual and least bothered which was very annoying and they donot have any dinning area n the location is very bad and far from airport. Utensils are very dirty and broken. I m requesting the hotel owner to look into the matter this review is for ur improvement. Thanks 👍
This residency is very good location and it’s staff behaviour is very good and co operative. Room cleanses is excellent and drinking RO water provided by hotel . I feel here to stay good and also enjoy
the stay was quite uneasy to say the least.The property owner was cold and didn’t respond to the difficulties faced with a solving attitude instead blamed the guest the location and what not.The rooms are a hub of insects where you get to witness diversity from roaches to mites to flies.I do understand the location being amidst trees but there are remedies to tackle it like going for netted windows.The water supply ran off midnight later the owner came and blamed us that you must have let the taps open. Such is the attitude please don’t consider this stay at any cost there are other budget friendly options in the locality with friendly hosts.i have seen the owner denying checkin of the guests for all the negative reviews for that we have out mmt invoice to cite.
Amazing views of the airport and runway. You can see flights landing and taking off, especially fighter planes and helicopters. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Service can be better. Had to wait a lot before the room was ready.
