Had booked family room with 2 double beds but when I reached late evening for check in was informed room not available and were offered two regular rooms. They assured family room will be given next day. Next morning while going out i checked with hk staff whether the family room is ready. He informed that the guest had checked out and they have to clean and then they will release for check in. As we were going out they asked me to keep all the luggage in one room and handover the keys of 2nd room. Meanwhile when the family room is ready they will transfer my luggage to that room. We went out and came back post lunch for short stop as we had to go for sightseeing again. While on th way to hotel I called and confirmed whether they the family room is ready and have transferred our luggage. They informed that the room is ready and will change the luggage in my presence. I informed them that I am coming for short stop and have to leave immediately. But to put dismay when I reached there they informed that the family room isn’t available and I have use two different rooms for the next days. They knew that i have gone with two kids and they allotted the family room to some other guest. After fighting with them for 30 mins they alloted a triple occupancy room with one double and single bed. As it was raining heavily and I had booked the room through agoda and have paid the total charge for my entire stay these guys tried to make a fool out of the guest. They accepted for refund due to degrade of room. Due to this episode my entire plan for the evening was cancelled.
Also during my entire stay there was continuous banging noise which many guest complaint about and they too made an public announcement through the mic requesting other guest to not make noise.
Literally there was less privacy due to banging noise, coridor noise, road noise and furniture dragging noise.
The only positive is the locality and all the markets, sightseeing can be accessed easily.
Worst hotel.
We needed a hotel urgently at night so we visited this hotel with family . We took 2 rooms . Rooms were dirty . The hot water cattle was also dirty no service nothing. Staff was rude . When we called room service to clean hot water cattle they came after 1 hour than for anything else they were non responsive . Even after coming back from cleaning it was still dirty . Rooms were very dirty with bedsheet and blankets having stains and dirt. The rooms gave bad odour. The staff was rude without any hospitality or courtesy showing attitude like they are doing some great favor on us by giving us hotel room. The reception person was misbehaving with alot of people and even with us when we said we weren’t happy with the hotel and the services . When we highlited our problem he wasn’t even sorry for it and started blaming us that we should had checked the cattle before taking the hotel room ,like who in right mind does that.he was shouting and trying to threaten us only because we didnt had time for all the nonsense we had to leave or else things would have been different for him. So in short avoid this hotel as they are just money hungry people who dont want to give quality service there are many better options dont waste your money on this hotel. When I read the bad reviews I realised most good ones are fake or forced so better not fall for those reviews and avoid this hotel and also see other bad reviews to know the real experience of people visiting this hotel. Overall it is a nightmare hotel. Avoid this hotel and dont waste your money.
Based on excellent Google reviews, I chose this hotel to stay with my family for a day long business trip. From the moment I booked the rooms till I checked out, all went well, thanks to Mr.Gaurav at the reception, who is extremely helpful and well mannered and takes all care to make guests’ stay comfortable.
The hotel is centrally located with excellent connectivity to railway station and all important places. This newly constructed property is clean and well maintained. There is an abundance of eateries and restaurants adjacent to it, which are pocket friendly.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel’s unethical pricing practices. Initially, they quoted a different price but upon arrival, they demanded increased prices without prior notice or confirmation.
This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and unprofessional. Transparency and honesty are essential in hospitality.
The Hotel is great with all room amenities. It is at a prime location.
The staff are nice especially Mr Gaurav.
He was very helpful and made our stay pleasant.
