We had a very disappointing experience at this cottage. Although our travel agent booked it for us, it completely ruined the first day of our vacation. We arrived at 10 PM to find no electricity, and there were no generators until the next morning at 10 AM. In -1°C weather, this was unbearable, and with my phone dead, we were left helpless.
They provided hot water in small buckets (half a bucket every 30 minutes), which was insufficient for our group of five. The water heater didn’t work properly, and it took an hour to heat enough water for just one person to shower. Room heaters were charged at ₹500 each but were practically non-functional.
The only positives were the food, which was excellent, and the location, which was beautiful. However, the poor facilities and lack of preparedness overshadowed everything.
I cannot recommend this cottage. We didn’t enjoy our stay, and the issues with electricity, water, and heating ruined our vacation. Definitely not worth the trouble.
We had a nice stay at Manali cottages. Staff’s are very kind enough to provide good service. Location is good. We had a camp fire on 31.12.2024. Overall it was a nice experience and my family enjoyed it thoroughly. Keep up the good work👍
Great hospitality and a lovely view! The service was nice, but the bed could have been cleaner, and the washroom needs improvement. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancements.
Very nice location and well behaved staff. Food was also nice such a lovely views from the view. I recommend each and everyone this place.
Hotel staff is very helpful. The property is located in a convenient location and has polite and homely staff. Appreciated the good food served at the property, Room are very cleaned and hygienic we must enjoyed. I am very happy. Thank u very much for good service and fast communication!!
