We were really pleased with our stay at the Manali inn as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Manali as it is just round the corner from the main city. The staff was very good, especially the Reception & Housekeeping staff who were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast each morning and Dinner was really good as well. Especially my daughter liked the food very much. Thank you for every thing we were very happy in our stay at Manali Inn every thing was excellent if i come back to Manali then your hotel will be my first choice.
We are from Singapore and we’re deeply disappointed with our stay. Requested for make up room before we left and after we came back, nothing was done. No bedroom slippers were provided. Soap and shampoo were not replenished when room was given to us. No toiletries were provided. Only provided upon request. Felt like stay in 3 star hotel instead of 4 star.
Nice hotel…good ambience…decent place…clean rooms and washrooms…
Restaurant was good…
The hide out lounge was also very good…
Just note that when you book the rooms, please ask for the mountain side facing rooms as the other side doesn’tb offer you any view at all and there are no windows as well…
Hide out pub run by harry bhai is just amazing.music they play, hospitality and food is top notch.
Accommodation facility, food, staff is like a 5 star hotel.
