Good place to go, we went for a frnd bday everything is good , also hotel facility available rooms are good must visit
It’s really really very very bad people We booked rooms but they didn’t give room so We are asking to staff the owner but the say he is not coming and We don’t give room’ beacuse in western people i said them We have booked rooms and I’m Indian the didn’t want to give until midnight and then We called police and then after the owner come and he said We don’t give room so We are there until 3 AM We come there 11 PM but it’s really really very very bad people stopid people i never had a bad experience in my life I’m treveling more than 30 year beacuse i have Shop in Jaisalmer Rajasthan so I been everywhere in india small city to big city it’s never ever bad happened like this so all the night after I’m in street but one’ man i meet tuck tuck drive he help me so I can stay few hours his home but still i can’t believe my self how is possible to be like this but the say hotel good location city centre it’s big layer it’s really very very far from city centre more than 15 kilometres oh my God i don’t understand why the make this thing in website City centre but it’s not true it’s very bad staff and owner don’t go there the will cheat you
Crazy dishonest people who are cheaters. The place is 14 km away fom Haldwari in the middle of nowhere. They refused to serve our order saying the kitchen was closed which was false. They refused to give the booked room because they say they do not accept foreigners which they did not say when we arrived. This is a place to avoid absolutely
The nines hotel and Restaurant has a great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. All the staffs were good and courteous.
The food was also so well prepared and scrumptious. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. It was a wonderful experience.
