They have renovated the property ,but the AC are like centuries old ,barely worked and tons of noise and with this heat it was not pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good .
If the appliances are improved this could have been a very pleasant stay
Very bad experience. The room was filled with condensed water vapour due to the AC throughout the stay. The floor and walls were wet. They did not give a room change even after complaining. The staff was aware of the problem with the room. How can they give such ill-maintained rooms to customers!
NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
Poor hospitality.
They do not have a public place where the guests can come can talk. They are adamant are not ready to listen to anything. According to their policy, no other person can enter the hotel besides the one who booked it.
Worst experience ever.
And the problem is they don’t even realise that it is problem.
I had to leave the room booking and goto other better options nearby, despite no refund was tendered.
The visit to The Ornate was an official solo trip. I found the room is good, the washroom is cleaned and sanitized. But the blanket in the room is not hygienic. I found the smell coming from the blanket. I always carry a bedsheet with me, I used that bedsheet.
I only had breakfast there and found it good. The food menu is normal but a bit expensive. For a single person it is too heavy.
The room service is good.
I went there for a birthday party and found their hall well maintained and it’s divided into two parts in one you can arrange the function and the other section is for food .The food they served was fresh and good.The hotel is located at a very good place near the nehru stadium and opposite B Baruah College.
