Bang for your buck. Excellent place to stay and for the price you get its an absolute steal.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only hiccup we had was we didnot get any food as the kitchen was under renovation so i would recommend calling ahead.
The location is also excellent and just 10 mins from the zoo.

We 3 adults stayed from 20th July 2024 to 23rd July 2024, three days,during all this days food,house keeping,service are excelent,we felt secured 7 pleasent in this days,we recomend any one visit to Gauwahati pl prefer PALM SUITS to stay .
I recently stayed at Palm Suites in Guwahati with my family, and it was a delightful experience. The staff at Palm Suites was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, making it a memorable trip for us.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and preferences. Their attentiveness to detail was truly impressive.
The rooms at Palm Suites were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of our stay.
What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or addressing any queries we had. Their dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable was evident throughout.

We have very plesent stay at Palm Suites Guwahati. Mr Bijit (owner) is too much cooperative. Mr Santonth (Manager) is a yes man, at least I didn’t heard any negative word from him. He’s really a gentleman, all staffs are very caring. I’ll definitely stay there if happened to visit Guwahati next time.
Only one issue, according to me food items are little overpriced & there should be one wall clock.
Otherwise rooms are very spacious & hygienic.
Overall experience is good.
It was a wonderful stay at the palm suites. Extremely clean spacious rooms, courteous staff and safe location. The food was excellent. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend people to visit if you’re looking for a place to stay in Guwahati👍🏼👏🏻
