We visited on Saturday and they had only one room available, it was heritage which seemed a little less maintained, but with limited options available, we checked in at seemingly high price. The service and staff was quite good, so we looked for online booking and got balcony room for the next day at better price. The balcony room was better maintained and it seemed like a good option. Both the rooms are very spacious. They have proper in house parking, which is very important in Nainital. The walking back to hotel from mall Road is a real effort due to uphill walk mostly but still not much and manageable. I was with my toddler and the chef cooked his khichdi meal which I was carrying with me, which was a real help. Their noodles and chili potato was also good. They have complimentary games, like mini golf, chess, cartoon, Foosball etc. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

1. Hot water in bathrooms available in the morning only.
2. Wifi internet speed is not good and not available in rooms.
3. Bathroom is not renovated.
Had a great stay in the hotel. Location is also OK. But the availability of hot water in the evening needs to be ensure as it is so cold during winter. 👌
Extraordinary room service and kitchen service by Mr prakashbhai. We are very much pleased by hospitality shown by him towards us. We will refer to tourist from our side for this hotel.
Had a great stay at The Pavilion, Nainital. The rooms were really clean with a picturesque view and the property was neat and tidy with a rustic touch. The food was very tasty and had a homely taste. The staff was really polite and prompt, especially Prakash, who was catering to us. He was very friendly and really appreciate his service and warm gesture! Overall, had a great experience and would certainly come back again here!
