Hotel staff was what made the stay comfortable. The rooms are not upto the mark with a tiny bathroom with no room to strech your arms. Mr. Deep who was the manager made us feel like we were at home and was couteous and professional. Room and the amenities were good, but could have been better in terms of cleanliness and amenities like wi-fi and bathroom size.
This 1BHK apartment is good. Spacious enough for 2 people. No food service except for breakfast (which is average) but u can order online. Mall road is 1.5kms away. Location is fine and not that bad.
We stayed in one bedroom apartment.
Its not s 4 star nor a hotel. Its on very steep hill not at all walkable distance from mall road. Cleanliness and hygiene is the biggest issue. They don’t change bedsheet and pillow cover. Towels are years old. Bed mentioned king size buts its qunee size. Bathroom is very very small. No kitchen in house. No shops nearby. Construction going on just infront of the hotel. Tv is in drawing room not in the bedroom.
We had many major issues regarding cleaning and hygiene and it took our whole day to get those things sorted. We made complaint to MMT and they try to reach property manager many time but he did not pick the call. The place doesn’t feel safe as well. There is no security guard and only 4 employees are there including one caretaker who is not taking care of anything. Rest 3 are local people and don’t understand much.
Go for a proper hotel instead of this.
More than 2k.m. away from mall road.No restaurant in it,so you have order your food with any delivery app,which one might be problematic.No front view of the room are available.This place won’t have any proper gate to get entire the property.

Mr. Deep is running a Fabulous Properly having spacious rooms and nice amenities. The service is just exemplary and location is easy to be found.
