I stayed this hotel with my family, best experience I had beautiful scenery all around in lap of Himalayas. Well trained staff to look after their customers. Amazing service and delicious food. Hotel room and toilets are spotless. Highly recommended for long and short stay..
Taliking about our stay first of all the location is just amazing with beautiful view from our balcony. The staff is very polite and their way of serving is just fabulous. The food here gives you the homely vibes which is one of the factors one should stay here .
We stayed in this hotel for 3 days.The rooms were clean and very comfortable,food was also good & fresh but the behavior of the manager (Sri Manoj)was very arrogant. He was talking angrily, not responding positively. Overall the behavior of the manager disappointed our group team.
The Red Apple Hotel is one of the best hotels in Manali. Room are spacious with basic amenities. Bathroom are also neat and clean.
Staff is very cordial. Manager of hotel guides very well to visit local places. Strongly recommended for comfortable stay.
Worst experience in hotel with red apple. Very poor room service, no towel in the bathroom, dirty bed seat cover and dustbin is very dirty. In one family room, it’s just 1 bathroom so how we manage with 5 family member in just 1 bathroom. I suggest everyone plz plz don’t waste your money on this hotel in Manali. Many more better options are available. Even guest houses are better than this hotel.
