It was great stay this hotel. Checked in at night around 10:30 & checked out at 6:30 AM next day, they have delighted my stay. Upgraded my room, provided breakfast of my choice at 6 AM. Food quality & taste is tempting. Would recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay in Patna.
Had book the banquet for birthday celebration. Everything was awasome. The staff were so good especially nitish kumar…had done the fantastic job. Hotel met the all my expectations. Food was delicious. At last good place for celebrating special moments.
Had booked few rooms for guests at wedding, extremely disappointed with hotel staff. Very rude towards guests, didn’t clean rooms properly, soiled linen in bathroom and on beds.
Upon asking for final bill instead of just the amount at checkout, gave threats to hold the guest hostage until bills are cleared.
Friendly staff The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Clean rooms The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.
Delicious dinner We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.especially Runjan Kumar Thankyou so much we’ll visit again for sure. Thankyou
Ms Anjali 1, Mr Vikas and Mr. Prakash had been a good host and were very helpful and guiding towards all our needs. They also had good suggestions according to our needs.
