  1. Terrible experience for a sleepover before a very early flight. There was a wedding party with loud music. I asked around midnight to turn the music down without any change. At 3 am i was awaken by even louder music causing the room to shake. I called again and line was busy. No wonder. I went to reception and i was offered another room. Only after i said i will call the police the music finally stopped around 3:30. I had maybe one hour of sleep for 300 eur i paid for the room. They should

  2. The Roseate New Delhi is situated near Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi.

It is easily accessible by road and metro.

The best part about this property is the beautiful landscape architecture. The property will make you fall in love with the views and will make you connect with nature.

You can easily go for a breakfast buffet which is quite affordable.
It’ll cost you approximately 1550 rupees per person for it (without taxes).

It’s quite a good place foe romantic dinner as well.

The property houses a lot of water bodies in it.

It doesn’t feel like you are in Delhi once you get into this beautiful and awe aspiring property.

  3. The property is very beautiful, the rooms were very spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend taking a botanical tour of the property with Mr. Ramdev who was very gracious and very enthusiastic. He explained us all types of flora which surrounds the property + He is a very nice photographer and he clicked some amazing pictures.

The only area of improvement which Roseate needs to make is in their breakfast buffet. The options were limited and the food was also not that great.

Overall it was a nice experience.

  4. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. They allow outsiders to access their swimming pool on payment of a certain fee for each visit.
There is no standardisation of service in this case. I have been here twice. In my first visit I was informed that the price for each visit includes free sauna, and in the second visit, a certain manager specially came and asked us to step outside the sauna since it was no longer included in the price. To top it up, she was extremely rude, treated us like outsiders since we were not staying with them, and suggested that we were a bunch of freeloaders. We would have never even thought of using the sauna had we been made aware of the fact that it was no longer inclusive in the price. Further, there were no notices/boards or no information passed on to us that the sauna was meant for the people staying with them and outsiders could use it at an additional charge now.

I have been to several 5 star hotels but this is the first time I have witnessed such a behaviour in a 5 star resort before and it is really sad to see something like this in such a beautiful place like The Roseate.

If they are uncomfortable with outsiders using their swimming pool, they should never allow them to use it, instead of looking down upon them and insulting them. This experience really ruined my evening.

  5. Amazing property, amazing rooms, amazing service. Great option to stay, deserves its rating. In terms of locations and rooms, can even surpass taj and itc, but in terms of quality and attention to detail it has more potential to grow. Buffet menu is limited and can be extended. Restaurants are absolutely great for dinner.
