Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms requires proper maintenance. The rooms are moldy and thick bad smells stuck in the rooms. The kettle should be washed well. The rooms contain the things which are normally available in a 3 star hotel. Toilet smells bad. If they should have maintained the rooms well and clean, this hotel deserves 5 star.
Disappointed…..the rooms are very old without proper maintenance. Dark rooms. Even the towels are old and dirty . No toiletries provided .The photos in the apps for booking are misleading. As per the staff the photos are more than 10 yrs Old Its higly priced .
Only the positive is the location.
Can go for better hotels in this price range.
Run by manipulating and fraud people! Canceled our reservations in hope for making extra money around new year even though we had paid full amount in advance. Not recommended especially if you are booking during peak seasons.
The location was perfect for the faster connection to all areaa of the city. The rooms look dirty and the bathroom equipments were feel to be fallen. The poor performance of AC made me asllep all the night. tbe bad celeings, bad walls etc…The service of the staff was alsobpoor which includes the lack of complimentry drinking water..
Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service
I stayed at Senate hotel with my parents for three days, and we had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful highly recommend this hotel.
