I came from Delhi with family and stayed with The Vivaan.
I really liked the rooms.
Food was really tasty, I had it in their dinning restaurant.
Staff was also very nice and I appreciate their each effort in the hospitality

The overall experience was nice. But location is a major issue. The location is on the highway and is a non serviceable area for ola and uber. Will not recommend if you are coming for a business trip and you do not have a car
The rooms are ok. Has only 2 charging slots in the room. Any basic room in a basic hotel has more charging slots. Room service is fast and the food here is ok.
The room service is available till 10.30pm. the rates are not high. Affordable price.
Only location is a major concern.
Few issues which we faced:
1. Maintenance issues – especially washrooms
2. No view from room
Good things:
1. Ample space and halls for celebrations
2. Food quality
Overall it was an average stay there. Rooms were having low light and service wasn’t that great. Certainly, they need to improve it. The location is great and at the national highway.
Nice location and superb food and catering.
