When our young daughter fell ill, they were there to provide immediate assistance, arranging a doctor on call and preparing special meals to suit her needs. Exterior design and structure are looks unique, different and nicely crafted wood works in exterior, reception & lobby area. I liked it. Interior and asset quality is good but not upto the mark as expected in 5 star property. Many other hotels (without any star rating / upto 3 star level) are having / maintaining better then this property. Space inside the room is less. Food quality is good, Staff, room services & house keeping teams are also doing good. Noticed some poor maintenance issues. Approach road & street towards the hotel is below & poor to my expectation. (Overall i can give 4 Star rating Max to this property and their services)

The rooms were primitive yet charming with a mind boggling scenic view. To make it sweeter the staff is quite hospitable and amiable .The food was delectable but there is a room for improvement in the variety or number of dishes in the buffet
We had a great time at Tiaraa. Property is clean and modern. Beautiful scenery all around. Rooms were neat. Staff are extremely friendly, cooperative, and hardly say no to a request. Ajay Rajput EHK was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. Food was amazing. Really appreciate it. We will be back again.
