Terms & Conditions for Baba Neem Karoli Dham Short Trip Package

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To confirm your booking for the Baba Neem Karoli Dham trip, a deposit or full payment must be made through our website or customer support.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, net banking, and UPI.
• Full Payment: Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Package Inclusions

The Baba Neem Karoli Dham trip package includes:

• AC transport (round-trip) from Delhi to Baba Neem Karoli Dham
• 1-night stay at a 3-star or equivalent hotel (based on availability)
• Visit to Baba Neem Karoli Dham temple and participation in evening Aarti (optional)
• Assistance and guidance throughout the journey
• The package cost is ₹4999/- per person, with 30% discount (original price ₹7142/-).

3. Package Exclusions

The following are not included in the package:

• Meals (except breakfast at the hotel)
• Personal expenses like shopping, extra meals, tips, etc.
• Travel insurance
• Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions section

4. Modifications and Cancellations

• Modification: Changes to your booking, including date changes, are allowed up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of departure or after the trip has commenced.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of baggage.

6. Responsibilities of the Traveler

• Health and Fitness: Travelers must be in good health to undertake the trip. We advise that senior citizens or those with medical conditions consult a doctor before booking.
• Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification (ID card, passport, etc.) for verification during the trip.
• Behavior: Travelers must adhere to all local laws, regulations, and the guidelines of the Baba Neem Karoli Dham authorities. Any damage or misconduct by the traveler may result in penalties or expulsion from the trip without a refund.

7. Changes to Itinerary

While every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary, Bharat Backpacker reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road closures, weather conditions, or force majeure events. We will notify travelers in case of significant changes.

8. Force Majeure

Bharat Backpacker will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or changes to the itinerary due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government-imposed restrictions.

9. Complaints and Grievances

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the tour, please inform the tour coordinator during the trip, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Any complaints after the completion of the tour will be considered only in writing and may require supporting evidence.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

By booking a tour with Bharat Backpacker, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which ensures the protection of your data.

11. Acceptance of Terms
