Overpriced. New property but lot of scope for improvement.
I checked into a room which was just painted and was so strongly smelling that u had to settle down for a lower standard room. It was full of mosquitoes.
Soap is not provided either. Bed Sheet was dirty too.
Caretaker seems little confused. But helpful.
Food is manageable.
Best place to stay with family at Dibrugarh (Assam). Peace and homily feel location. Room Tarrifs are affordable.Though the hotel management have to increase the number of service boys. Deepak the lone service boy was awesome.
Booked the Suite room. It was spacious and clean. The service by Deepak Das in particular is noteworthy and he takes care of all the needs of the guests. The food was found to be extremely tasty. Will visit again for sure if In Dibrugarh. Inn has parking facilities also.
Cons :- 1. Water pressure is low in bathroom
2. The pillows were rather small and flat.
3. Comforters did not have covers
4. Staying area is on 2nd floor and doesn’t have lift.
However, all these small discomforts can be ignored due to the comfort of the place, service and tasty food.
Five of us stayed in 2 rooms on 8th/ 9th November – double and family suite. Small place but felt very homely. Very clean rooms and excellent service from Manager Deepak. Extremely friendly and pleasant – running around to provide quality service. Great breakfast. The owners must give Deepak a support staff. Well worth staying there. Loved it.
You need a comfy & cozy place in the Town free from the noise, huddle and hustle of the traffic. You got it in here.
