The staff was very helpful in several situations. I enjoyed my stay and their flexibility. It’s close to the beach. I liked upma for breakfast (which was a new dish for me). I would stay here again! A good price and enough of the staff speak English.
Stay was great. But they need to focus a bit more on cleanliness. The toilet seat was broken, and the comforter had marks on it. But the staff was very nice and cooperative and the location is just in front of the beach so very good. Parking facility is also excellent at the facility and the hotel is close to everything in the city.
Very good property by the side of RK Beach admist 5 star hotels.. Area is clean & well maintained. So, is the hotel. Staff is polite & good. Room, bed, toilets are clean & toiletries at place.
Only thing I want them to put attention to is towels. I stayed for 2 nights & on check out day morning, I demanded a towel, which was immediately provided, but was dirtier than my used ones. Probably they didn’t check it or it was just a laxity on part of service. Please make sure that this does not happen with any guest.
Overall, a very good property which I would take up as my stay option again on visiting this beautiful city & recommend it to others too ..

The room is great. Location of the hotel great. The room is high tech. The service of lift was not good. The security guard was creepy because the way he looked at girls not good. Management was not good. We wanted to upgraded the room to sea facing room but their management is very poor because the way they communicate is very poor and insulting. During our first conversation they speak very bad and their laughing at us and we feel very insulted.
The management needs to proper trained. No restuarant is available in hotel. Overall experience wasn’t good but the room and location are great.
Location wise, it is very good, but maintenance and service are very bad. Prefer to avoid staying with families as mostly bachelor’s and political people stays there. When we stayed, there was a small fight that happened between political people, which scared us.
