I won’t agree much with the hate reviews below. It’s quite a nice hotel with amenities that are suitable to the price you are paying.
Likes:
1. Clean and hygienic rooms
2. Near to the station (2-3 km)
3. Wifi, Ac and other amenities
4. Smooth checkin
5. Great hospitality
Dislikes:
1. Bathroom could be more clean
It is a total value for money. Great ambience and staff is very friendly and supportive.
Absolutely useless hotel.No amenities were provided.No toiletry, towels, no clean bed sheets, pillow etc. even though those were included in our service.Only two 500ml water bottles for 3 guests. No tea or coffee arrangements. Breakfast was scheduled by 7 AM in the chart but they didn’t start by 8 AM also. Not so professional stuff. Dirty room conditions No parking available. Their own cars are kept in the front. Guest’s cars are to be parked in the roadside in front of other shops which will ask you to remove cars right in the morning when they open their shops. So literally there is no parking space.
Free wi-fi –> you will never get it as it is not available as per stuff.
Free breakfast –> Not there as per schedule, but will get around 9
Free parking–> Roadside parking and near the signal and in front of other shops.Hence you need to remove the car right in the morning.

This place, i will categorise as a minimalist, can accomodate 4-5 compact cars, a no fuss reception with warm staff a small dining area. Rooms are located above, there is an elevator facility. The rooms are simple, cozy and cute. Bed is comfy, toilet has wet and dry area with limited toiletery kit, hot water always available, wifi, DYI hot beverage counter, etc. Staff can get you coffee also they entertain food aggregators also so you can order outside food too. Location is ideal as its 20-25 min from main railway station, many shops are restaurants nearby and beach is also close. I enjoyed it.
Avoid at all costs. No parking space available, cockroaches in the room, WiFi not working. Stay away.
The hotel is good. There was a helper who was really good. Must visit once.
