The hotel is located very near to the tirupati bus stand hardly 400 metres. The rooms are pretty clean and well maintained and come at a budget price. For the price point, it is a really good stay. The staff is very well behaved which prompted me to put this review. I would definitely suggest to take this stay if you are visiting Tirupati.
I’m surprised to see people posting fake reviews about this hotel. My experience was fantastic the hotel offers cozy, comfortable beds and an unlimited breakfast that exceeded expectations. The receptionists were incredibly cooperative and laid-back, even going as far as offering to change rooms if we weren’t satisfied with the one we were given. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and accommodating stay 🙂
Only point I found they should provide water bottles.
Location is not clear in google maps to drive and go to place as there was minor lanes to take car turns, parking was risky.
Rooms was not that fantastic to stay as we got very bad experience with washroom and bed comforters. Breakfast was ok kind
But no coffee only tea was provided.
Water should be given as we pay
But it’s charged.
Not fully satisfied with hotel management.
The behaviour by receptionist at checkout was highly unprofessional and was behaving in a way that he is the owner who is just not interested in doing his job and shows his frustration on customers for no reason. Why would any customer after lot of hour’s effort to see the beloved god and in a pleasant state would take tantrums of random person?
Receptionist doesn’t even have basic common sense on how to communicate to customers. He said don’t visit again if you want to voice your opinion. Definitely no one wish for such disgusting behaviour at checkout.
If he himself saying to not visit the hotel again and getting into argument for no reason, why would anyone visit this hotel?
Is this the behaviour of a business manager should be?
Definitely not worth to stay at this hotel
The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the bus stand, which was very convenient. The breakfast, though limited to idli, Pongal, and toast, was quite good. The room had all the promised amenities, including a heater, kettle, chair, table, and landline, ensuring a fairly comfortable stay.
However, there were a few drawbacks that affected my overall experience. Firstly, cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom was not as clean as expected and could have used more attention.
The service also left much to be desired:
1. I booked the room through Agoda and requested a late check-in. Despite this, I never received confirmation of the late check-in until I called the hotel myself twice and reminded.
2. Upon arrival, after paying for the room, I was surprised to find that I was initially allocated a room near the party hall, labeled as a “Bride Room” typically used for bride and groom dress changes. I had to complain and insist on a proper room before being relocated to a more suitable one.
While the location and facilities were commendable, better cleanliness and improved service would have made the experience much more enjoyable.
