The room was well maintained and comfortable. The room service needs to be improved as the order food did not arrive on time. The food prepared here was good. I would recommend it here for a good stay.
I feel like almost all reviews are fake. The rooms were pathetic. The washroom pots were all yellow. In the room that was given to me, the bathroom door was not closing only. There were spider webs in the rooms, mosquitos as well. Hair from previous guests on the pillow. Pillow covers were dirty yellow. In general the images on Google are misleading. The property is very poorly maintained. Please don’t get fooled by fake reviews.
Mr. Rajdeep is a gemstone in this hotel.
So much cooperating and very sweet to talk.
He is working so hard to the best experience.
I would give 5 stars only because of Mr Rajdeep.
Hotel rooms are ok but service given by Mr Rajdeep is the best.
This stay was one most memorable stay in delhi. We had a great experience with reception staffs and services.

Worst experience I had in my life. There was pest infestation at night with literally thousand of insects flying around & creeping around in the room like it was some horror movie. Rooms were also not maintained well & cleanliness was out of the equation
