We stayed at this resort from the 1st – 3rd of November. The resort is set in a very calm and pretty area. The small cottages were very comfortable, clean and well maintained . The food was very yummy, felt like home cooked meals. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. The meeting room was also good. The staff were very polite and helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay here and recommend visiting this place.
We came for a 2 day retreat with friends and families. We were a group of about 40 people. Loved the cottage rooms, but most importantly the food was really tasty. The service and response of staff was also good. We all also had a good time in their clean pool.
Will definitely recommend this to anyone who are considering to stay here.
I had high expectations for this resort but was left quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. First, the food was a letdown. Although the menu prices were quite high, the taste and quality didn’t match up at all. I tried a few dishes, but most lacked flavor and felt poorly prepared. For what they charge, I expected much better quality and presentation.
The room itself was somewhat comfortable, but I was put off by the smell in the bathroom, which was noticeable right from the moment I checked in. This wasn’t a minor issue—it seemed like a ventilation problem that made the space unpleasant to use. For a resort of this standard, I was really surprised they hadn’t addressed this. While the resort has potential, the overall experience felt lacking, especially considering the high prices. I hope they can work on these issues because, as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
The property is conveniently located. Easy to reach and accessible. The staff is very nice, helpful, polite and on their toes to help you out. The resort has a nice garden, ample parking, a great swimming pool and a nice restaurant with great staff to assist.
The downside was the rooms. The rooms were pathetically maintained. We had booked 3 rooms for 2 night. The room category was mapple. The walls were so dirty that it spoilt the mood. The bathrooms were stinking and not maintained. In particularly my room, when I turned the AC on, a lizard rushed out from the AC vent and ran back into it. I had to get it taped with the help of the staff.
Though the helping staff is amazing, but the management needs to pull up their socks and need to renovate the rooms so that the exterior beauty is complimented by the rooms.
There is no/less mobile connectivity, which is understandable. The wifi was so weak that it just could barely accomodate the top category room. It died coming on to the rest of the resort, leaving us with 0 connectivity whatsoever.
All these shortcomings made my stay barely enjoyable. The only good thing was the garden and the gaming room.
The management really needs to buck up n do some serious changes.
Amazing resort, with extremely well aesthetically designed rooms, spacious exteriors, clean swimming pool and delicious food and good hospitality… great experience will definitely return and recommend…
