Dirty, non maintained rooms, lift and lobbies. Manager is very rude and don’t know how to talk and maintain the conversation with clients. Be careful with there promises and before paying any amount, request them to show the room and you survey the room in detail.
We recently had a one-night stay at Parnil Palace Hotel, Guwahati, and it was a very positive experience overall. The hotel was impeccably clean, and our family suite was fantastic. It was spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind after a busy day. The dinner we had from the hotel’s restaurant was delicious – the food was fresh, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor.
There was just one area where our experience could have been improved: the breakfast service. While the breakfast items themselves seemed appetizing, unfortunately, by 9 am, many of the breakfast pots were already empty. We were informed that the breakfast service was out of stock on certain items, and we had to wait for them to be refilled. The refills also came out piecemeal, which caused a bit of a delay in getting everyone fed.
Despite the breakfast hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parnil Palace Hotel, Guwahati. The cleanliness, comfortable room, and delicious dinner made it a great value. If the breakfast service had been smoother, this would have been an absolutely perfect stay. We would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if we were assured that the breakfast service had been improved.
Not a good stay. Bathroom geyser was not working and they checked and no action taken. In early morning they simply said can’t help till 8. We fought get the key of different room were geyser was working.
Allthough there are many negative comments about this hotel, I must say that my experience was nothing short of delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of satisfaction I received during my stay. The best part was the incredible value offered within the 2000/- Rs. price range.
and Google Maps shows two places within the same area with same name. Basically both are the same place. Don’t get confused with that.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was flawless. Despite the negative comments I had read before booking, I found everything to be perfect according to my expectations. The rooms were exceptional, the breakfast was satisfying, and the additional amenities such as the lift and parking area made my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on quality.
I genuinely believe that my positive experience can outweigh the negative reviews, and I am grateful to the hotel for exceeding my expectations.
Good and decent place to stay!! Good behaviour of the staffs. Just one suggestion try to booking from the hotel directly as in Guwahati, most of the hotels reject your booking via oyo upon reaching there.
Breakfast served was tasty!!
Nearby locations by walk: KFC, dominos, Dosa express, ethnic momos and many other fast food joints.
Also there is ATM available at a walking distance.
