NO hot water if rained or cloudy as it has solar, no backup of geyser, in winter checkin on risk. Treebo Sripadha stay was ok but can say not value for money. I booked the room under Black Friday sale offer which showed original price Rs. 7600 but got for 35% discount per night. When I checked in the reception was reasonable and on entering room we were surprised to how a room worth Rs 7600 (discounted)look…. It was just looked not even worth Rs. 2000 per night room as I understand. The property was a showoff constructed but substandard… bed, chairs, table, TV with no connection and when asked the hotel management told us to use our subscription of Amazon or Netflix whatever and if want can watch YouTube and the remote is inoperable, toilet doors are like cardboard or some thin pvc sheet, bed and linen stinking … and it is no value for money at all…….
Stay date- 2nd Dec 24.
Traveled with 4 yr old kid for Srivari darshanam.
Pros- very near to alipiri, you can walk to the bus stop, polite staff, clean rooms, clean bed sheets, towels and pillows
Cons-cockroaches+ bed bugs, no hot water if there is no sun, although they claim to provide 24 hour hot water
Room given to us was reeking of the bed bug insecticide spray. In spite of that lot of bed bugs didn’t allow our child to sleep. Couldn’t go anywhere else because it was late night.
Bed bugs are an international menace, but hot water? It’s the owners responsibility, but not even warm water flows if there is no sun.
Best place to stay for SOLO travelers who are planning to visit Tirupati for darahan. It is located in best location, as all must visit temples are nearby. Very convenient location.
Staff was also very good. Breakfast served was also decent. Rooms were clean, and staff will accomodate any additional cleaning requests too.
Affordable price also. Highly recommended for all SOLO travelers to Tirupati!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff are attentive and respectful, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The premises are clean and neat, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
The location is excellent, being close to Alipiri. Food options are conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk or a 4-minute drive, making it easy to explore local dining.
This hotel offers great value for the price. The surroundings are quiet, providing a peaceful environment for rest. The complimentary breakfast is a nice perk, and the staff’s reminder calls are a thoughtful touch.
I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Customer Service almost non existent, you see no enthusiasm in receiving guests or ushering in.
People at reception are experts in false promises towards helping for procuring darshan tickets.
Rooms are good but need maintaining, regular clearance, better quality accessories and non stinking closets
TV non operational just for showcase.
Frequent power cuts
Wobbling fans
No daily room cleaning
No response from reception when you call, you have to get down and meet them
