   Treebo is a well know hotel chain and people book the rooms just by looking at the name “Treebo”, just like I did. However, this one property of the chain which is situated in Rajpur road is an overpriced hotel with very poor service. Food is pathetic. You will feel like puking after having their tea which costs Rs.110 for a cup. Buffet table is very small similar to your study table’s size and options are very limited.

   Food is expensive and they don’t allow you to order or carry outside food. They will force you to have their overpriced restaurant food which is of very bad taste. In a city like Dehradun which has so many good restaurants, why would anyone not want to explore the outside restaurants?

   Now coming to the room, first thing I noticed was a hair on the bed. Sheets were not clean. Room are very very veryyy tiny and suffocating for this price. Don’t go by the images, those pics were taken smartly from a smart angle to make it look big.

   This was a terrible and pathetic experience. The rooms were shockingly small with a disgusting smoky odor. The washroom was filthy, and to my horror, a condom was found in the comforter. When I asked for a replacement, the new comforter had fungus, and another one provided was stained with coffee, paint, and grease. To make matters worse, the reception staff were openly drinking liquor at night. The photos online are completely misleading—they only have one room that looks like the pictures, and it’s always booked. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing!

   I am a regular visitor of of this Hotel.
   Already gave them good reviews and stars.
   But last incident was very shameful and changed everything. I last visited there on 8th of November and checkout on 9th of November. I forget my smart watch in the room in the time of checkout. When I came back to the hotel my watch automatic connected to my phone. When I asked for the watch and told them I forget my watch here. in the same time my watch disconnected from my phone and shows notification in the phone. Because someone switched off it.
   And I already showed this to the hotel manager and there staff also. But no one gave any reply.

   I visited many hotels in the country because of my work. Many times I forget something but always hotels inform me or courier my stuffs in my address. But first time any hotel did this to me or any customer in my knowledge.

   This is the black sheep among all Treebo hotels. I used their services in Siliguri which was far better then this experience.
   1) No outside food allowed- agaist Treebo guidelines
   2) Room size too small for the price
   3) Breakfast buffet has very limited items and no fruits served
   4) Buffet tables not cleared and cleaned post use.
   5) Room was not even ready when we arrived at check in time

   The manager was atleast accommodating to some of the requests and finally allowed us food delivery not before deliberating with Treebo support.

   Worst experience of my life in this hotel.even owner has no adequate how to talk with guests, unnecessarily argues . No power socket working tv not working due to power supply.and owner said to us will resolve in morning that times can’t resolve.very funny behaviour.
   Room amenities.. chair table not present, in the washroom no bucket ! food very costly just one plate green salad 255rs.
   Services are very poor, overall totally faded up. Dusty room.
   Thanks for treebo, this type of property.
   Only one positive point. Location nothing else.
   I also cancelled booking on 25nov after seeing this type of behavior.
   Before this property i frequently living other property of treebo like pearl Avenue. It’s very good property and nice management.
