Very nice open space in the heart of Ggm business district. Lots of open and spacious areas, and the aqueous area in the centre needs to be commended for the serenity it brings to the place. In room dining was also really nice, the spices were easy on the palate. Totally recommend to dine in. The minibar prices were also remarkably reasonable. The soft service could be improved a little bit. While the staff are really polite and courteous, and ever ready to help, the cleaning in the room can be an improved (more attention to details, corners, surfaces). Light music and fragrance in the lobby would also be much appreciated to kind of create a mental curtain from the outside world as you enter the hotel.
Very good hotel, everything clean. We arrived really late (2 am) and the reception took care of us and made us feel welcomed. We wanted a non smoking room and they made the change with no problem and quickly. Very good breakfast with variety. We would have liked to have more time to use the pool and other facilities.
Stayed at the hotel for a business trip, close to Cyber City. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms well appointed, with comfortable bedding and adequate facilities. Rooms serviced multiple times a day which was a nice touch. Heated pool was nice during the colder days. Breakfast buffet had a large selection of different cuisines.
This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in so far, it was a fabulous experience complimented by all the staff they are amazing.
We found the prices for drinks and food very good and on both evenings we chose to have drinks outside in Lyrah before going into Cilantro for the buffet. The reason for the buffet choice is that it has an amazing range of different foods and desserts to try. The buffet was £25 a head and a beer was £5. We booked direct with trident and on doing so we got free breakfast and 20% of our food and soft drinks bill
We got an Uber back to the airport, it cost £4 and we didn’t book it until we were ready to leave. It was with us in 5 minutes as they hover around that area. Our driver turned up in a nice car and drove brilliantly.

You will be stunned with the beauty of this hotel, amidst the busy life of gurgaon your mind will come to a stand still. its luxurious.
The staff is polite, the restaurant has a wide spread of delicacies. the bar, the swimming pool and gymnasium to everything It has a perfect resort feel. I loved the outdoor resturant and the party setup, also loved spending my evenings next to the swimming pool. we all would soon visit again.
