Location is close to market. Good for shopping lovers. Service is good. The room size, ineriors, furniture is decent. Only one thing , which needs attention is that there is lot of dampness and consequent smell. There is hardly any/ no ventilation. The hotel authorities should look into it as an health hazard too and take remedial action.
Rooms/bathroom are good , but compact to my liking .
Good for a decent overnight stay for 2.
Food was decent.
It has a roof top restaurant too , which serves continental dinner.
8am checkout, so plan your trip accordingly.
Front desk and Staff is very humble, helpful.
During this visit , I didn’t find a SPA here, just in case you are booking it thinking SPA is available too.Location is not near ocean, it’s few kilometers away, but in a peaceful place.
We, a group of 25 members from Kerala, had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional food, with a new menu every day, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. The room arrangements were also commendable, although we suggest improving the bedsheets and toilets.
Special appreciation to Mr. Jonas, the receptionist, and the entire staff, including the restaurant team, for their outstanding cooperation and hospitality. Thank you all again for making our stay so memorable!
Property is good. Location is great. Room is neat and clean.
Food is great in TSG. Ruchi restaurant at 1st floor is nice. There roof top restaurant at 3rd floor. They have live music at night. Amazing vibe and singers at roof top during dinner time. Sanjana at reception made our stay smooth.
Restaurant located at 1st floor food is good service is good 3 stars for them. Mavi lounge located on roof top service needs improvement, menu prices are more than a 5 star hotel and services over there are not equivalent, may shortage of staff or unexpected weekend rush could be one reason. Overall a good hotel.
