I recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience.
While I appreciated the quality of the breakfast and found the reception area to be well maintained, I was somewhat disappointed with my room. Unfortunately, it had a noticeable smell, and the washroom cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel last week as a tourist. The check-in was smooth, the room was immaculate and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and specially Ms.Nikita was very friendly and professional because she made my stay easy and comfortable by guiding and navigating me through the city’s best parts to visit, where to buy souvenirs, budget friendly places for shopping clothes and also about city’s best sunset point. I also would like thank the other hotel staff as well who also were friendly and helpful to me during my stay.
A good hotel to live in haridwar with family & friends, cooperative staff right from front desk to restaurant, security, housekeeping team.
They highly supported us during our vacation with our 1 year old baby. Very clean hygenic hotel.
Food is good. Very prompt service on call good parking area as, well.
Chef and their team is very humble and energetic. Food is awesome only need to improve breakfast buffet menu, rest was everything very good.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay specially front office staff Nikita, Devendra and Satayam.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and buffet.
It was an average stay, as I booked it only for a few hours, as I had my travel planned in the evening. I booked it through MMT, but it cost me a lot for just 6 hours of stay, when compared to the Hotel condition and its rooms.
The room was spacious and big, but according to my opinion, the Hotel needs work to be done. A little renovation to its interior and the exterior, and everything will be first class then.
There were 2 concerning reasons to me after I stayed over there:
1. The washroom was average, as the sanitary was breaking down, and the pots and the commode were not that clean, they didn’t even provide a foot mat, so the floor remained dry.
2. There was a lot of smell in the corridor and the hallway, it felt like someone inside the Hotel premises smoked a ton of cigarettes.
Note: Didn’t feel like taking photos as it was just a cheap stay but they were charging a lot for that hourly stays basis.
