Good but staff are not Acceptable
Food are not available only Lodging.
I got third class experience from this hotel. The behaviour of the staff and the manager is too bad , they don’t even know how to deal with a customer or a MNC company person, very poor experience . And about food it was too bad , and the facilities of the hotel was not up to the mark. The management of the hotel is too bad , although the hotel is a four story building but there is no lift , the rooms of the hotel are not so good in terms of cleanliness and overall room quality. I also faced a payment related issue with the hotel authority, lastly a good political person helped me to get rid of this problem. I would give 0.5 star out of 5 start rating to this hotel. I visited 100 of hotels overall the country but never received this type of behaviour from any of them. It is very disappointing when you pay for the service and u get the worst service ever in your life.

Visited once Food wasn’t good. Don’t know about the Thaali but biryani, chicken lolipop, and chicken fry was very bad. Biryani was like fried rice and they added extra chicken. Look’s like they don’t know how to cook biryani. Chick lolipop, they fried too much, burned it properly.
And the price was too much. It was like 5star Price.
Lodging part looks good and the interior was well designed.
1star for food And 3star for cleaning, interior etc.
Pros
1. Very Clean for the price.
2. On the Highway near to Railway station and Market
3. Good Customer Service
4. Affordable
5. I had aloo paratha for breakfast, it was good and felt home made.
6. Amenities: AC, TV, WiFi, Geyser
Cons (can be improved)
1. Plastic covering from Mattress should be removed, bed-sheet doesn’t stay put.
2. Keep the AC remote inside the room and provide WiFi password even before asking.
3. Provide slip ons to walk inside the room.
4. Soap, Shampoo, Brushes and Toothpaste were not provided but had to ask for it.
Conclusion
The Best hotel i have seen in Patharkandi and can be in the standards of OYO if a little support and thought is put into it.
