The staff are unprofessional. They always tell lie that food is preparing, but even after one hour, I haven’t got the food and still they take a lot time to just prepare a chicken soup. They say me to like the food will be ready in 10 minutes and make me waiting till like 1 to 2 hours. This is horrible experience from and restaurant very unprofessional behaviour. Please guys don’t visit this. Staff are quite unprofessional. They always lie about food preparation. There is no one else for entertaining us? These guys don’t visit
Very bad service, I ordered a chicken soup and got after one hours. The staffs are unprofessional always still lie about the thing very unprofessional behaviour by the staff and the chicken was not pressed cooked. It was refrigerated as we can see the lot of hair in the Khanna, terrible experience. Please don’t visit this hotel as they just stealing the money from the customer and not giving the service. The taste of the food was horrible. Please don’t visit staff food is preparing food. After sometime. We hear that the waiter has not placed the order even it too much horrible experience. Please don’t visit. This is my personal experience horrible
We had a family get together in this hotel. Our family had a wonderful evening at this place as they have made the arrangements here very nicely and maintained everything very decently. The staffs were active and behaved decently with the guest and the food was also good. The location is also good as it was there in the main road so easy to access . I would suggest this place good to have a get together and family function.
Food and beverage service was not up to the mark. At very first we order for food in which the masala papad came at last and top of that it was too spicy that we couldn’t even consume it, followed by we ordered for ginger tea and no wonder it was tasteless and there was no ginger in it and the cups were so messed up. Attaching the picture for reference I would say you will get a better tea option by the roadside.
Worst hotel ever stayed in my life.Food is totally unhygienic.At breakfast I got a stapler pin in saambher and some insects in my cousins plate. Television was not working whole day.Manager was very rude.Bihar is blamed only for this types of bad hospitality.
