Everything is perfect in this hotel, Room services are good, house keeping is very good,
This is the best hospitality i ever received, rooms were a bit old fashioned but no problem they are very friendly and the location of this property is right in front of JNTU Kakinada. I am 100% satisfied with the service, every morning one lady comes and cleans the room and bathroom..
Its a fair hotel. On the road beside the Cancer hospital. I stayed in 205 non ac. Room is with ample space. Location wise it is very near to JNTUK and it has plenty of autos to Bhanu gudi. Many good restaurants are located in the proximity. Room is neat barring some strained marks on the bed sheets and mosquitoes. One good thing is they are cleaning the rooms and bathrooms daily. Had there been a dustbin in my room I would have rated 4 star. Good hotel. GO FOR IT.
Nice place to stay. Bathrooms maintained in good condition. Has a good waiting hall. You can get a non AC room for Rs600. Siddartha mess is adjacent to the residency. And more over Residency is very nearer to JNTU. Kakinada
If you have some work in jntuk then this is where you should stay. Walkable diatance from jntuk main gate. There are both ac and non ac rooms. If you want a non ac room take a mosquito coil or repellent there are a lot of mosquitos. The rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly. Good quality food will be available nearby. Try siddhardha mess it wont let u down.
