I stayed in the hotel for 2D1N, Hotel is good, they have good amenities. Spacious room, you’ll be provided with basic sanitary kit but while I was staying, there was constant power cut for 3-4 hours, gyeser, electric cattle, trimmer even the AC wasn’t working. I was able to charge my phone only.
Unprofessional Staff, They asked me to come to the restaurant Nakshatra (their own restaurant on 4th floor), waited for 30 minutes no one came to take order, even though I was sitting just next to the counter. They said the restaurant in open till 9:30pm, I reached by 9:19 pm. There were only one tabe occupied with 4 family members and whole restaurant was empty, yet they couldn’t take my orders for more than half an hour.
Later they called in my room to take orders at 10:30pm.
The sheets looked dirty, cushions were soiled and had white stains. Pillow was dirty too.
If they work on the laundry and staff, they could be a 3 ⭐ property and the best hotel in Dhubri town. I was charged 3200 bucks.
Staff behaviour is worst.
Very very poor is customer service & they don’t know how to behave with customers.
