Vicky and Sandhya at the Reception showed great customer skills. I had booked a 1 person room by mistake instead of 4 person room and they quickly saw the mistake and upgraded us to a comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal and a wide spread. For dinner, we were very tired to go to the restaurant and eat so ordered room service which came in great utensils and nicely presented. The suite room is spacious with a door dividing the bedroom and the living space so I could take my late night office call with ease without disturbing others in the room.
This is a good hotel with average room size and interior.Located at very busiest place AT road in Guwahati,construction is good,interior is decent.Lift and other facilities are available,housekeeping and other operations are prompt.Room size in comparison to price is not up to the mark, quality of room is at lower side and washroom are also not well equipped and maintained. Washroom doesn’t have toiletries and stinks.
Food is tasty and mouth watering but little bit costly….separate bar is also available for guests.Banquet and hall is available for business meeting,events and parties. This property is quite famous and can easily be reached through all mode of transport.
Overall this place is good as per location and food but prices is slightly moderate.
The reception and the lounge are very good. During dinner, live music is performed by singers. Rooms are safe and good. Staff are very co-operative. Lifts are a bit confusing as one of them skips some of the floor. The location of the hotel is in a very congested area.
The bathrooms had Jerry a cockroach and the room had some insect.The WiFi doesn’t even work properly. The room smells like cigarettes. The water bottles label was stuck twice idk why. Would not recommend staying here.The room was also too small compared to the photos.
After reading some of the previous reviews, I had my doubts about booking here, but wow, was I pleasantly surprised! The services were top-notch, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though the standard rooms are a bit cozy, we lucked out and got a free upgrade to a nicer room. Our in-room dining experience for lunch was fantastic as well. A huge shoutout 👏to Ms. Preeti at the front desk for making our stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
