Front desk manager Nitin was very arrogant and gave 3 different bills, paid last bill 3k less after careful scrutiny. Not sure how such people with immature behaviour are allowed in such positions. Very very bad experience wasted my 1 hr arguing for a proper bill
During my one-day stay with my family, I had a fantastic experience. The room quality, view ,interior ambience, staff behavior, and variety of cuisines were all excellent. The main building is a bit old, but there are ongoing renovation works to enhance the guest experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vivanta ,which is located right in Marine drive for 2 days with my wife,and I would like to say that we got an excellent service from the whole team.The welcome was warm and check in process was smooth from front desk and it is glad to say that we even received a complimentary upgrade to suite room which made our days more special. Room was impeccably neat ,Room services were fast and excellent with polite and helpful staffs.Especially I would like to appreciate the restaurant staff Mr Eldo who truly managed to attain the highest standard of hospitality and service .
Best place to stay. Nice food, great service, and location. Given a chance, I would like to stay here again.

The location is unbeatable, especially with its proximity to Marine Drive, one of the best spots in Kochi. Despite my short stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a delightful array of cuisines to suit every palate. The room was impeccably neat and provided a high level of comfort, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional experience with its outstanding service, prime location, and excellent amenities.
