Great hotel and amazing customer service. Our host Rohaan was amazing and went above and beyond to help our group out with questions and help in finding lost items. He was caring and communicated really well and on time. The team at the W was the best part of the stay and I would highly recommend it for the hospitality provided there
Excellent service and location. Cheerful and helpful staff. Tasty food. Good place for any function, multiple hall & place available. Feel the sound of sea waves from room. Good green coverage too.
Negative – taxi union doesn’t allow outside taxi to pick up, even popular Goa Miles taxi can’t pick up pax from the hotel. There should be no space for such monopoly.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the surroundings were beautiful. Highly recommend!
