Stayed here with family. Good rooms and bathrooms build within a stone architecture and friendly staffs. They even take care of your toddlers. The have a picture perfect garden. Children’s area with slide , merry go round and swing is available . Parking space only for 2 cars within the property. Cctv is available. Breakfast and dinner was yummy. Don’t miss it. Double rooms were nice and spacious. But triple room was a little bit congested. The rooms were cool even in the afternoon. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
Decent Place. Bad experience.
1. Garden is really good
2. They provide breakfast but have to inform everyday in advance a night before. No proactive ask from them. They charge for this.
3. Sometimes dinner is there, and sometimes not. They do not inform proactively. They charge for this.
4. Room maintenance was really bad. The wall was peeling off in some places. The floor was dirty when we arrived. There was a single door mat near bathroom which too was dirty. Had to call and get it replaced.
5. There was multiple lights connected to a single switch. So either full light or no light, which is a nuisance while sleeping. They should atleast had a separate switch night light.
6. On Arrival day, there was some repair going on just outside our room. We were eager to leave the room as quickly as possible. They should had started the repair work after 11am or so, when all guests have gone out.

It was my two days trip, overall my family tour experience is awesome.
This rooms here are vast and cozy giving a good feel provided with 4 beds ( suitable for family especially).
All over service was good except heater in bathroom( kindly correct it) and too if kettle was given , it ll be much useful .
Other than that the ambience and makeover of overall resort was amazing, the view of valley and garden in hotel was good and mind-blowing… evening terrace was nyc to have tea..
The next day morning breakfast was given charged 100/ rs per head…worth it and home food taste…overall it’s good ..
Best place to stay in Kodai for sure. The hill and jungle view from wide windows was the best especially when clouds rolled through the trees and hit the windows..
Enjoying the good tea they provide with the cold weather and view was one of the best parts of our vacation. We extended our stay just because of the service and comfort here.
The place and it’s ambience is great, family friendly. It’s equally away and near to the town, it’s only about a km away from town but the noise or trouble of town is not there. The staff is also really good and helpful. We had only breakfast from here, the options are limited but whatever provided was good. Overall, I would recommend anyone who is coming with their family to Kodai, this place
