1. The hotel is good in terms of location, but there are some drawbacks.
2.Branded mineral water bottles, such as Bisleri, Aquafina or other local brand are not available, and even if you’re willing to pay, they don’t offer this facility. and you’ll have to drink regular tap water, unlike other hotels in the area that provide mineral water bottles.
3.The reception desk is often unstaffed, and you’ll need to call them on their mobile phone for assistance.
4.On a positive note, the staff is very polite.
5.Some rooms have upper window glasses, which might pose a slight privacy concern.
6.The cleanliness of the rooms is also below expectations.
I didn’t try much of the food, but the breakfast I had was good.
7.The hotel does not have any backup power supply, so there can be power outages at any time, which could have been managed. In contrast, other hotels where we stayed did not have this issue.
8.There is no security guard at the gate, which is a concern from a safety perspective.
9.It seems the owner has not managed the hotel effectively, leading to weak management.
10.Considering the cost, I believe there are better options available.
The hotel is great. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were really polite and cooperative. The rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. The best part about the hotel was Luna🐶. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location is highway touch – accessible. Very helpful manager Mr.Gogoi and support staff. Room (cottage) was excellent. Spacious rooms and even for third adult the extra bed had sufficient room. The door locks were a bit over engineered but i guess they are imported stuff meant to offer guests the very best. Recommended stay for visitors to Kaziranga.
