What a five or even three star hotel must not be like, then this hotel takes the cake. Somewhat grand entrance but crappy (with a capital C) and filthy rooms. Linen inside the cover is as gross as you can imagine!! Washrooms have gross black filth every where. Toilets and sink are dirty. I feel for the staff who are end up with managing whatever this hotel has. Stay away at all cost even if they offer you to stay for free.
Being into Dubai Real Estate market, I can easily tell about properties. Google please correct the listing. It is NOT AT ALL a 5 star hotel.
Rooms were dirty, lot of mosquitoes, wooden flooring was about to come out. Only the breakfast was good. My daughter enjoyed eating.
I did not click the photos but I had a very bad overall experience. Please remove the 5 star category from this hotel.
It was good to stay here. There is a range of rooms. Some rooms are equipped with Bath tub etc but normal rooms are not of so much standard. The standard , Which a five star hotel should have is not being maintained. Merely having Swimming pool and restaurant does not serve purpose. Service is not upto mark. Regarding location, It is far away from city. It takes 60 min to reach here. This is big draw back.
Breakfast is just OK.
When we compare this hotel with other Radisson hotels. This does not meet standards.
I was on an official tour and stayed only for a night on 8th October 2024 in Double Bedded Junior Suit. The entire hotel is extremely unhygienic be it the corridors, rooms, suits, restaurant, bathroom. There is fungal growth everywhere in the walls, floors of the room. The whole night I was getting a damp smell in the room and sneezing. There were lot of mosquitos in my room. Curtains were dirty and mismatch of colours. Staffs were not at all professional. To my surprise the next morning I noticed fungus and heavy dust accumulation in the head-rest of my bed (photos attached). And I understood the reason for my non-stop sneezing. During the check out l asked them if It was really a 5 Star hotel?? It doesn’t even deserve a single Star.
We were a bit skeptical to stay in the hotel after checking recent reviews but we went ahead for a day anyways as the location was convenient for us. And when we checked in there were a couple of issues related to linens and pillows which the staff addressed and got it rectified asap.
Next day Tabassum and Pooja from Housekeeping made sure everything in the room is how I have requested, and left a beautiful note for us.
Special thanks to the chef of the hotel who made sure we are having food as per our choice and dietary requirements.
Overall, the stay was pretty decent and we ended up staying 3 nights instead.
The hotel does need an overhauling immediately but we were pretty happy with the service.
