Location near to KSRTC stand and metro station (Maharajas College Metro station). Also have good parking space. Rooms are ok. Service is also ok. Price is also reasonable.
I had the worst experience at YMCA. If you have to attend a function at YMCA, please park your car outside.
The security guard allowed a lot of cars to park behind my car and I couldn’t leave till all guests from the function left.
When I asked the security guard that he should have informed about this problem earlier, he shouted back and said that it was my problem that I didn’t inform him that I would leave early.
I do understand the problem with parking space but if the security guard spoke to me in a normal tone, I would be completely fine with it.
Will never attend functions at this place nor will I ever recommend
Good experience, staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent two days in the hotel and had a good time.
Decent rooms with good service at nominal rates! 24 hour check out is an added advantage with great parking facilities as well.
Clean, well maintained upscale hotel with accessibility to key amenities. The hotel is close to Ernakulam railway station, Maharaja College Metro station and has a bus stop nearby as well. The rooms are spacious, with cost friendly options with AC as well as non-AC rooms. The staff are polite and courteous, as well as prompt in providing services. There are plenty of food options nearby, in addition to the restaurant attached to the hotel. Ample parking space is available for guests with vehicles.
