Pros:

Cons:
It’s quite far from the city center, requiring an 8km off-road drive. However, if you seek serene beauty and peace, this shouldn’t be an issue.
The rooms and food are quite pricey.
The cottage rooms were spacious and with lots of ventilation.
The staff were very friendly ,helpful and responsive to our requirements.
The rose garden and the sit outs next to them were amazing giving a tranquil experience.
The food went well with the tummy but the taste could have been better..
Had good fun with the game activities. Loved the foose ball and table tennis.
They offer some in-house adventure activities which will do well with a little bit of supervision on request, in my opinion.
We weren’t lucky to see the wild elephants which used to visit the area near the property.
The property is well protected with electric fencing.
Overall a good peaceful stay.

Staff is really helpful. On top of that they also recommend and arrange nearby places to visit.
There is No common pool, that disappoints us.
Indoor and outdoor games are good. We played only indoor games.
Main disadvantage is Food is not up to the level of taste.
They definitely need to improve the food quality and taste. Without improvement there won’t be a good resort list.
The stay at zach Valley resort was excellent, stay and food was very good. All staff were courteous and take care of the guest request promptly. The best part is food which was very good and well prepared, and also the private falls
If you are searching for a nature friendly outstay you can opt for this keeping in mind some drawbacks of the property
Never overlook with the amenities they had offered in various apps
Never add food packages for dinner or lunch even though you had paid extra their attitude is it’s just their complement and you will be having no choice of food. ( I didn’t know about their Buffet as ours was Ala carte.)
Very poor hospitality ( you can simply feel arrogance)
Food quality is Average.
The road to the property is horrible ( It’s nothing to do with them but they hadn’t mentioned it in google so I’m adding it)
The Property Manager tries to get things done in a better way but lacks crew support.
