Zoonskaya Resort is one of the best resorts in Upper Assam, offering an exceptional experience. The ambiance is beautiful, providing a serene and relaxing environment. Although the ambience of the place is good but it is not what actually seems…the food is over priced and the taste too is not something to be recommended… moreover they serve very less amount compared to the price…and in the end one has to give a thorough reading of the bill as they miscalculate certain price and the VAT too is excessively charged…the last added cherry on top of the icing is that you’ll find one or two rude waitors who give you a feel as if you have trespassed someone else’s property !!!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at Zoonskyaya Resort. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by sheer disregard for guest comfort.
Firstly, the relentless music blasting through the night was infuriating. It felt as though a concert was being held right outside my room, making any hope for a peaceful rest impossible. To make matters worse, the hotel bell rang randomly at midnight, adding to the chaos. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, the following morning I discovered there was absolutely no water in the washroom. Not a drop to freshen up, flush, or even wash hands.
The resort’s management appeared completely indifferent to these issues, and no immediate solutions were offered. Staying here was one of the most frustrating and distressing experiences I’ve had. If you value even a shred of basic comfort, I urge you to stay far away from Zoonskyaya Resort.
For ambience I’ll give a 5. Service wise I’d say a zero.
Understandable that whatever we asked for in cocktails and mocktails were not available but apart from they forgot we ordered a main course. Post 30 minutes they asked if we ordered anything and we reminded that we ordered a biryani but one of the waiters said it’s not yet prepared. We asked them to cancel then they came to us again and said it’s in the process of preparation. So basically no coordination among them and you’d have to waste your time while they figure out.
Then coming on to the food part, the Crispy chilly baby corn was bland and so was the biryani.
Totally disappointed.
Zoonskaya always serves the good quality food..
No doubt the best ambience you will get..
Staffs were attentive and cooperative..
During peak seasons there is rush in zoonskaya.. but that doesn’t compromise the taste of the food..
Finally a review after visiting many a times.. 😄
